SHIPPING - DOMESTIC: Buyer to pay shipping & handling costs by USPS.  Least expensive mailing option will be used unless another type of service is requested by buyer. Please advise. If this item ships from our Bronx , NY warehouse, comparable UPS shipping service will be utilized.  Shipping costs to be confirmed at auction end. This item will be shipped insured.   A handling charge of 50 cents will be added to actual shipping charges and selling fees (on calculated shipping). SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL: Final international shipping charge to be confirmed at time of auction end.   Insurance will be added on all Priority Mail International packages.   Certificate of Shipping will be added on First Class Mail International packages.  Since insurance is not an option on First Class Mail International (per the USPS not by me), if you choose that option, you take all responsibility for the package once shipped.  No items will be replaced on international shipping, so choosing Priority Mail International is definitely your better choice.  A handling charge of $1.00 will be added to actual shipping charges (on calculated shipping).  If shipping charges paid are higher than amount paid, difference will be refunded. INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES: Payment to be made by Paypal.  Payment must be received within 7 days of auction close.
